A lot are asking me what are the best exercises to reduce and slim the hips.
Usually going up the stairs, doing spinning classes or just the oudoor cycling can be very good for your hips.
Plus I have incorpotated 2 videos that may help as well 😀
Both exercises can be done at home.
The first one is a very easy workout: Each move should be done 12 times, for 4 series.
For more advanced people, start doing these 7 moves in different series!
