Who said we can’t choose low calorie food choices  even when we eat from fast food chains??

Sure we can!

That what I did yesterday. I felt really hungry and couldn’t find healthy restaurant nearby. I stopped by burger King and ordered their chicken salad 🙂

Actually they call it chicken Caesar salad but I didn’t see anything related to that. So I personally called it “chicken salad”! looll

Its ingredients:

Lettuce, corn, tomatoes, cucumber, grilled chicken: 120 calories

The sauce: Creamy Caesar dressing: 149 calories

(I put half of it)




My total salad intake: 195 calories! 😉
