Farah, my friend, and one of my blog roll as well, learned yesterday how to make sushi!

Sushi is very healthy and rich in Omega 3 essential for brain function, to treat triglycerides and to lower LDL, the bad cholesterol in your blood!!

Tomorrow will go have dinner at her place!! 😀
