A lot people think that the best snack to have between the meals is one piece of fruit or a fruit yogurt!
But dark chocolate is also a very important snack to take, as it is rich in antioxidants, which prevent all sorts of cancer and decrease your chance of heart diseases.
My snack for today was 2 squares of chocolate, each one has 55 calories!
110 calories in total, with one cup of black coffee!! ( double antioxidants effect)
I always tell my clients to have one or two squares of chocolate as a snack between their meals!
