I actually workout in the morning before breakfast. It is the perfect time to burn fat directly.
I makes me feel good and energetic for the whole day.
I was looking into YouTube and found a new exercise, actually a little harder than those I am used to do. But I started to introduce it few days ago, and it is doing great! 🙂
