A few days I was watching “The doctors ” and they talked about the benefits of
 White vinegar!
I was curious to know more about it as we all know the red or what is called the apple cider vinegar!
And Vinegar’s uses have expanded dramatically over the years!!
But apparently white vinegar has been used widely to treat some important health problems!
– Important for your teeth:
Rub vinegar on an aching tooth and brush around it for temporary pain relief. Brushing your teeth once a week with vinegar will help whiten them and eliminate bad breath.
– Great for heartburn and acidity problems:
That might be weird for you but unlike apple vinegar, white vinegar is an excellent remedy for people suffering from stomach acidity and heartburn!
Why is that??

Vinegar is made in two stages, the first which converts sugars to alcohol, and a second that converts the alcohol to acid. Most red vinegar contains 4 to 5 percent acetic acid. White distilled vinegar is made from grain and diluted with water to a 5 percent acidity.

– Important for skin and hair problems:

Rinse your hair with half a cup of white vinegar and two cups of water to get rid of dandruff. Add two tablespoons of vinegar to a bath to help relieve dry skin.


– Treats a sore throat:

White vinegar has the ability to treat the symptoms of a sore throat.
 Mix a tablespoon of vinegar with a cup of warm water. Gargle with the mixture and then swallow it!
