One of the main protein our body uses to make hair is Keratin. That’s why a diet rich in that protein is a must! Salmon, tuna and fish are the prime lean protein loaded in keratin. Salmon is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin B12 and iron that boost the blood flow and promote hair growth. Oysters are also good as they have zinc in them and make your hair shiny! 🙂
Number 2 food!! Nuts and walnuts!

Consume less caffeine, fat and simple sugar as they can prevent your hair follicles from working efficiently.
