As you know by now, you need to eat 3 meals a day, with 2 snacks in between.

When eating one time a day, your body is burning one time per day, but when eating 5 small and healthy meals a day, you body will be burning 5 times a day! It makes sense!!

A lot people think that the  best snack to have between the meals is one piece of  fruit or a fruit yogurt!

But dark chocolate is also a very important snack to take, as it is rich in antioxidants, which prevent all sorts of cancer and decrease your chance of heart diseases.

My snack for today was 2 squares of chocolate, each one has 55 calories!

110 calories in total, with one cup of black coffee!! ( double antioxidants effect)

I always tell my clients to have one or two squares of chocolate as a snack between their meals!
