This year Ramadan is coming in the peak summer, during the month of July where  dehydration is such a serious killer!  Dehydration can slow your performance and affect your energy! In order to stay active, eating and drinking right in Ramadan is a must.

Traditionally, Ramadan has to do with sweet drinks, but focusing on healthy drinks will be more effcient for you!!
